The 4-Dimensional Business Diagnostic is a joint effort between four independent professionals, including a business attorney, financial advisor, CPA, and business consultant. Michelle Bomberger Michelle Bomberger is Managing Attorney and Founder of Equinox Business Law Group. She is an attorney who works with business owners to accelerate the growth of their businesses and an owner of two Bellevue restaurants. Michelle has an undergraduate degree in Finance and Computer Applications from the University of Notre Dame and both an MBA and law degree from Northwestern University. Kristofer Gray Kristofer Gray is Principal and Co-Founder of Integrity Financial Corporation, a boutique Registered Investment Advisor and consulting practice founded in 2004. As a Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist, Kris helps business owners evaluate and make smart financial planning decisions on behalf of their businesses. Kris earned his Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Washington in 2002. He serves on the Tax and Fiscal Policy Council for the Association of Washington Businesses. David Heyting David Heyting is a licensed CPA with the firm of Hersman Serles Almond PLLC and has been providing accounting, tax, and consulting services during his roles in public accounting and as a controller in private industries since 1999. He has worked mainly with closely held businesses to provide expertise on issues such as tax compliance, tax planning, job costing, and business expansion and succession planning. Nate Silverman Nate Silverman is the Founder of Silverman Consulting, LLC and a Certified Hot 100 Advisor. He is an experienced advisor to early stage investors and entrepreneurs with more than nine years experience in business development working with entrepreneurs, start-ups, and rapidly growing companies. Nate earned an MBA from the University of Washington, focusing on entrepreneurial marketing, and a BA in economics from the University of California, San Diego. |
