The 4-D Diagnosis begins with an intake questionnaire that we will send to you.  It has been carefully crafted to provide us great insight into your company and perhaps force you to think about your company differently.  We review your responses at a group meeting - the four of us and you - to identify your hot butons and likely priorities.  Then we conduct individual inspections in our specialties - legal, accounting, investment and business growth.  The results of these inspections are compiled in a comprehensive report, with specific action steps explained and prioritized. 

After you receive your report, you have the option, but not obligation, to work with any or all of the service providers to implement these practices, improvements and changes.
